General Policy

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of tour, service, season, or third-party supplier involved.

  • The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the Customer

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following standard cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable transaction or bank fees, if applicable).
  • 7–14 days before the tour date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund.

  • No-show: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation of Private Tours & Customized Trips

  • Private tours, tailor-made itineraries, overnight tours, and special arrangements may be subject to stricter cancellation terms.

  • Any non-refundable costs paid to third parties (such as hotels, camps, activities, or transport providers) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by Glory Tours Salalah

Glory Tours Salalah reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety or security concerns

  • Insufficient number of participants (for group tours)

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases:

  • Customers will be offered an alternative date, an alternative tour.
  • Glory Tours Salalah shall not be responsible for additional expenses such as flights, accommodation, or personal costs.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment providers.

  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees are non-refundable.

Changes & Amendments

  • Requests to change tour dates or services are subject to availability.

  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before the tour date may be treated as a cancellation.

  • Price differences may apply if services are upgraded or modified.

Partial Use of Services

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used services, early departures, or unused portions of a tour.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds outside this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Glory Tours Salalah in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, supported by valid documentation.

Governing Law

  • This Cancellations & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
